How did this grant contribute to the realization of your project in regard to artistic exchange, local cultural development and/or the promotion of cultural diversity?

This important trip brought me to 'Impulstanz' festival in Vienna, which nowadays is the largest dance festival in Europe. Participating in workshops and using the festival's different platforms for making contacts provided me with new paths for my career developement. I had the privilage to meet special individuals, that I consider a professional cooperation with. On another topic, the workshops I took in the festival refined my movement technique and helped me to enrich the dance classes I give to students.

How does exchange, networking and international contacts contribute to the development of your artistic and cultural project?

Since I'm in such an early stage of my independent project, I can't answer this question yet. But optional organisations in Israel, to support arts by funding are: The lottery council and private comapnies who find interest in the project. Teaching-wise, workshops have already scheduled in Haifa, starting from March 2015. Contact have already been made with the dance department in 'Reut' school. Dancing for choreogrpahers, which is my constant project, keeps on going and today I'm working with three choreographers: Michael Getman, Barak Marshall and Idan Sharabi.

Can you elaborate on the learning and knowledge you have gained and shared throughout this experience?

It was very useful, especially because of the fact that I'm Israeli, and feel very distant from the European danceworld. Although Israel is not too far from Europe, it is very distant because of expensive transportation (flights), different mentatlity and lack of cooperations with European dance projects. In order for me to "swim" better in the European dance field, I have to go there. And the way there feels long, and most of the times, expensive.
