How did this grant contribute to the realization of your project in regard to artistic exchange, local cultural development and/or the promotion of cultural diversity?

This trip helped promote my film in many ways. First of all through the actual screenings that took place and my presence there for Q & A. Secondly it triggered press coverage - I and the story got covered in a few places like the Guardian, Fathom Journal, Jewish Renessaince magazine. There were also the organisations I partnered with like Forgiveness Project, Universal Peace Federation, Women's Voice Blackburn and Encounters Arts. There were individuals and organisations that saw the publicity of the screenings or attended the screenings and as a result requested a screening themselves in their home town - in Glasgow, Brighton, Glastonbury, Oxford.. etc.

Can you elaborate on the learning and knowledge you have gained and shared throughout this experience?

This opportunity has increased my competence in speaking publicly and presenting myself and the film. In each screening I had to present and carry out a Q + A afte the screenings and the experience has given me more confidence and more skills. Also interpersonal skills and networking, intercultural competence and feeling comfortable sharing ideas, beliefs and creativity.
