How did this grant contribute to the realization of your project in regard to artistic exchange, local cultural development and/or the promotion of cultural diversity?

In different ways. Working with Scout children. Taking as a main theme of the work, a research on the legend of Colapesce. This medieval legend, starting from Sicily, has been propagated, in different versions, in many different Mediterranean countries. Working in a language other than our mother tongue (Italian): in English.

How does exchange, networking and international contacts contribute to the development of your artistic and cultural project?

For my company it is essential to travel and take work outside our national borders: it allows us to have other linguistic, cultural, political and organizational results.

Can you elaborate on the learning and knowledge you have gained and shared throughout this experience?

This experience was fundamental to acquire new knowledge and practices, linguistic, laboratory and interpersonal. First of all we translated into English, adapting it, a text previously written in Italian. Then we had the chance to test it with a very young audience.
