How did this grant contribute to the realization of your project in regard to artistic exchange, local cultural development and/or the promotion of cultural diversity?

3 137 is an artist run space in Athens, run and directed by 3 artists (Chrysanthi Koumianaki, Kosmas Nikolaou, Paky Vlassopoulou). It was very important for the whole team to be present at the project running in Malta. In this way the grant helped me to be present and active during the production and presentation of our project. It was a great opportunity as well to meet professionals from Spain, Morocco and London.

How does exchange, networking and international contacts contribute to the development of your artistic and cultural project?

Networking and exchange are always important on the developement of the projects. Meeting practitioners from other organisations is always something that opens and develops a broader dialogue, meeting other cultures and understanding other vocabularies regardless barriers.

Can you elaborate on the learning and knowledge you have gained and shared throughout this experience?

It was a very interesting experience to work in Malta and having the chance to be part of Transformer. It was a great chance to meet more independent organisations and artists which gave us the opportunity to broaden our network and open possible future collaborations.
